Fees & Payments

The Centre is run on a “Not for Profit” basis and therefore fees will be kept minimal while ensuring appropriate and substantial funding.

Family Membership Fees:

An annual membership fee is charged to every family when they enrol or re-enrol at the centre each year.
Membership fees are below:
Term 1 – $55
Term 2 – $55
Term 3 – $27.50
Term 4 – $55 (includes Term 4 and the annual membership fee for following year)

Before and After School Attendance Fees:

The above fees are effective from Tuesday, 1st February 2022.

Vacation Care Attendance Fees:

The Family Membership fee must be paid to enrol in Vacation Care.

Ezidebit Fees:

Administration Fee (once only): $1.10

Bank Account Transaction Fee: $1.18

Credit Card Transaction Fee: VISA/Mastercard 2.5% (min $1.18); AMEX/Diners 4.4% (min $0.88)

EZIDEBIT Dishonour Fee: $14.80 per dishonoured transaction (to be charged directly from Ezidebit)

Centre Dishonour Fee: $15.00 per dishonoured transaction (to be applied to parent account at the centre)

Late Collection Fee:

The Centre closes at 6.00pm. Any child collected after 6.00pm will incur a $20.00 fee plus $5.00 per minute per child charge. If this occurs a second time, the fee will increase to $30.00 plus $5.00 per minute per child. If a child is not collected by 6.30pm and no contact can be made with parents or emergency contacts then the staff have no option but to place the child under the supervision of a Committee member. The Late Pick-up Fee will be added to the parents account. Payment must be made with the next payment of fees. Should your family incur 3 late pick up events in one term, your booking may be cancelled.

Non-Notification Fee:

If your child will not be present at a pre-booked session, whether a casual or permanent booking, you must let the staff know either in person or via telephone (you can leave a message on Centre voicemail). This is to avoid unnecessary confusion and concern. A roll is called at each session to make sure all children are present. Staff are under instruction to carry out a search for any child not reported absent and not present at roll call. If the centre is not notified that your child will be absent, a $15 non-notification fee will be charged. Note: you can NOT use email to communicate with Centre staff about Absenteeism as emails are not guaranteed to be received.

Non-Signage Fee:

All children are required to be signed in and out at drop off and pick up times, by a parent/guardian or authorised nominee, via the centre Touchscreen. Families will incur a $5.00 non-signage fee for any session in which a child has not been signed in or out.

Vacation Care – Late Payment Fee:

The late payment fee for Vacation Care is a $5.00 flat rate until the end of term, and then $5.00 per child, per day for any late bookings or change of booking after term end date. Please see our Vacation Care program to see when the next cut off date is.
