Our Team

Our team of staff at Holy Spirit OSHC are highly dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children. The staff aim to create a fun, nurturing and safe environment for the children at the centre and are either studying or have completed a degree in Education.

  • Donna Fountain (Director): Donna has been working at the centre for the past 28 years and has been the centre director for 20 years. Donna completed an associate diploma of child studies at meadowbank TAFE. Between all of Donna’s administrative jobs, she enjoys spending time with the children.
  • Debbie (2IC)Debbie has been a full time employee at the centre for the past 21 years. Debbie completed a diploma of out of school house care at Meadowbank TAFE. Debbie enjoys doing arts & crafts with the children at the centre.
  • Tayla (Qualified Childcare Worker): Tayla joined our team in December 2016. She is currently studying her Bachelor of Education (Dance & PDHPE) and is qualified in Early Childhood education and care, having completed her Diploma in Children’s Services. She has over 6 years’ experience working with children.
  • Dani: Dani has been working at the centre since the end of 2015 and has completed a certificate three in early education and care. She is currently studying a bachelor of arts (psychology) and a bachelor of laws at Macquarie university. Dani has been working with children for over 7 years and enjoys playing soccer and doing craft with the children at the centre.
  • Hanadi: Hanadi joined our team in October 2016 and has completed a certificate three in early education and care. She is currently completing her Masters in Rehabilitation Counselling at the university of Sydney. Hanadi has been working with children for over 5 years and enjoys engaging in skipping activities and imaginative play with the children at the centre.
  • Maddy: Maddy joined the centre in 2017 and has completed a certificate three in early education and care. Maddy is currently studying a Bachelor of Midwifery at the University of Western Sydney. Maddy enjoys playing group games with all age groups.
  • James: James began working at the centre at the beginning of 2017. James is currently completing his bachelor of primary education at the Australian Catholic University. James enjoys playing soccer and rugby with the children and encourages all age groups to participate.
  • Nikita: Nikita joined the centre at the end of 2017, . She is currently completing her Masters in Rehabilitation Counselling at the university of Sydney. Nikita enjoys playing  range of cognitive enhancing games  with the children.
  • Steph: Steph joined the centre at the end of 2017, she is currently studying a bachelor of applied public health at the Australian Catholic University. She enjoys playing running games with the children and handball.
  • Zoe: Zoe joined the centre mid 2017, she is currently studying a bachelor of psychological science. Zoe enjoys engaging in imaginative play and hoola hooping with the children.
  • Hayden: Hayden began at the centre at the beginning of 2018, he is currently studying a bachelor of primary education at the Australian Catholic University. Hayden encourages group games such as soccer and cricket.
